Question : How to bypass CertExams software from Symantec’s WS.Reputation.1 System?

Solution:

Step 1: If you have Norton Antivirus installed on your system you may see a notification like in the below screenshot. It basically notifies you that the file has been classified as WS.Reputation.1 by Norton and automatically deletes files and move them to the quarantine of the program.

Note: You can access the above screen by running Norton Antivirus → Click on Advanced link → Under Computer Protection → Click on Quarantine → Double click on the Info related to the downloaded CertExams software → then follow the below steps.

Step 2: To get the file back , click on the View Details link in the above window, which leads to the following program window, and then, you need to click on the options link

Step 3: In Threat Detected window, Click on the option “Restore & exclude this file”.

Step 4: In the Quarantine Restore window, click on the “Exclude this file ID from future scans” checkbox and then click on “Yes” button.

Step 5:  You will get the Restore status as “Successfully restored item from Quarantine” , then click on close button.
