Question : After updating Exam Simulator to latest version when I click on "Start Exam" button I get Activation Key error. How to fix this error?

Solution:

Recent update to Exam Simulator requires complete re installation 

Please follow following steps to uninstall Exam Simulator

1. Click on "Uninstall" button to remove the practice exam.

2. After uninstalling all the practice tests uninstall the Test Engine by going to Control Panel  → CertExams Test Engine → Uninstall

3. Download the latest version from website and install the Exam Simulator.

4. Request for additional license if required by sending email on cs[at]swregn.com
